Your Face to Shine Upon Me

Pslam 80:3,7,19


O God, restore us

And cause Your face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.

O God of hosts, restore us

And cause Your face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.

O LORD God of hosts, restore us;

Cause Your face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.

The evidence of my restored relationship with God is for His face
to shine upon me and my countenance to reflect His image. This also
signifies that I have God's salvation.

Funny thing is that during my hardships, my life reflected my own image
of trying to get out of the hole. I didn't see to cry out to God for a
restore relationship with God and ask His face to shine upon my life. I want
to learn this lesson once and for all from here on based on these verses.

Related to this message, I was also prompted to enter into a deeper
humility before God and others because when I am completely humbled
I will reflect God's face which is shining upon me.
