Completing Holy Tasks Well In Advance

[S] Numbers 10:21 --
21Then the Kohathites set out, carrying the holy objects; and the tabernacle was set up before their arrival.

[O] According to verse 13, this is the first time they set out to a new location.  Even on their first run the Kohathites were able to set up the Tabernacle before the people arrived without a glitch.  I am still amazed at how well so many of these people worked to make this happen.  This is a beautiful picture of how God's people work together to honor God's holiness.  I'm sure the Kohathites did a superb job of moving all the items from one location to another but I am also wondering about when we handle God's holiness with care and unity, He will not fail to set His presence properly before His people without any errors.  When we plan our projects we always factor in to give room for the contingency but in God's plans no such thing is necessary.

[A] In doing my devotion as the first thing in the morning is a great challenge for me even though I really want to do it regularly.  I shouldn't have any fear or doubt in carrying that out because just like the Kohathites, when I carry His holiness there is nothing that's going to get in the way.

[P] Dear Father, I want to be used by You such that just like the Kohathites, I would do things orderly with accuracy when it comes to carrying out Your ministry.  Whether it's first or tenth time doing it, I want to carry them out with my best to handle Your holiness.  In Jesus' name.  Amen.
