Unchanging Promise Keeper

[S] Exodus 29:14 --
14"But the flesh of the bull and its hide and its refuse, you shall burn with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.

[O] The sin offering of sacrificing the bull was commanded to be burned outside the camp.  This command was in line with how Jesus was taken outside the city to be crucified by the Romans (and the Jewish leaders) where Jesus out of complete obedience He became the sin offering for me.  God's laws for us do not change over the years and even down to this detail God tells me He is unchanging and will keep His promises for me.

[A] Continue to trust in His sovereignty of the world I live in even though at times I feel like He's out to lunch and I'm all alone waiting outside for His return.

[P] Dear Father, thank You for sending Jesus as the sin offering for my sins.  He was the way for You to make me clean from my sin and the way you keep Your promises down to this detail assures me that You are never out to lunch but takes care of me down to the finest details of my life.   I praise You wholeheartedly.  In Jesus' name.  Amen.
